we understand that there may be times when you are not fully satisfied with the services provided. This
Refund Policy outlines our procedures for handling refunds.
Refund Eligibility

circumstances:
Service Deficiency: If the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon terms or quality expectations as
outlined in the service contract.
Non-Delivery of Services: If the agreed-upon digital marketing services were not delivered within the specified timeframe, and no
satisfactory alternative solution can be reached.
Refund requests are not eligible in the following cases:
Change of Mind: If the client changes their mind about the services or no longer requires them after the work has
commenced. Incomplete Deliverables Due to Client Delay: If the client fails to provide necessary
information, access, or approvals in a timely manner, delaying the completion of the services.
Satisfaction of Results: Due to the nature of digital marketing, where results may vary, no refunds will be issued for unsatisfactory
performance unless it is a result of clear negligence or failure to deliver agreed services.
Refund Request Process To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to us via email at info@techpiata.com within 7
days of the delivery of the service. The refund request should include the following information:
- Client name and business name
- Description of the services provided
- A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation that justifies the refund request
Refund Approval and Processing
Once a refund request is received, we will review the case and communicate the outcome to the client
within 5-7 business days. If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the
original payment method.

Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be granted, depending on the work
completed and the terms of the service agreement.
Cancellation of Services
If a client wishes to cancel a service after it has commenced, the client may be liable for a cancellation fee,
depending on the scope of work already completed.
Refunds will be evaluated based on the amount of work that has been delivered up to the point of
cancellation.
Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Fees for any third-party services, software, or tools purchased on behalf of the client.
- Set-up fees or any other fees that were incurred prior to the start of the service.
- Any costs associated with projects that were initiated and completed, but later canceled by the client.
Amendments to the Refund Policy
TechPiata Services LLP reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes
will be communicated to clients via email or posted on our website. Refund requests will be subject to the
policy in effect at the time of the request.
Third-Party Service Disclaimer:
TechPiata Services LLP shall not be held liable for service interruptions, delays, or failures resulting from
third-party tools, platforms, or service providers.
